Mr. Wes
Mr. Wes is a Bidayuh man from Bengoh Range village. He is the owner of Wes Kandung Homestay and capable to guide you from boat riding to trekking to both waterfall and back to his homestay for lunch on his own. He speaks basic English and can convey information well with some help.

What to expect:
Start: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Journey to Bengoh Dam jetty from your location within Kuching city, which is about 50km distance. Meet up with Mr Wes (if he is busy, someone else from the village will take over) and get on boat ride across the dam water from the jetty to waterfall jetty. Upon reaching waterfall jetty, you will trek across the forest to reach Curtain waterfall. You may want to dip into the cooling waters of this waterfall, preferably on the easily accessible top tier area. It is more convenient to swim at Curtain waterfall compared to Susung waterfall. Take the chance to immerse yourself in nature before continue trekking to Susung waterfall.
Trek to Susung waterfall for another half an hour to embrace the misty nature surrounding the waterfall. There is a nice picturesque spot by the natural vine in front of the waterfall where you can take photo as memento. After that, you will trek back to the waterfall jetty and take short boat ride to Wes Kandung Homestay to have home-cooked lunch before heading back to the city.
